We learn how to build a solar oven

Do you know how a solar oven works?

Do you know how long it takes to cook a pizza?

Want to build your own home solar stove?

In this theoretical-practical workshop we will learn basic concepts about solar energy and how to use it as "fuel" for cooking. We will also analyze the different types of solar stoves, solar ovens and hybrid solar cooking devices that we can find and the different uses we can make of them.

The second part of this workshop will consist of reproducing one of the solar stove models mentioned above. This activity will allow us to see how with ingenuity, traditional knowledge and some patience, we can modify our habits to cook in the healthiest and most ecological way possible.
