We learn how to build a heating system
Do you know what types of heating exist?
Do you know the importance of having the right temperature at home?
Do you want to build your own home heating system?
Heating, whether gas or electric, is one of the most energy-consuming elements at home, at school, at the office... basically in any space! In this theoretical-practical workshop we will learn the basic concepts about heating, how it affects our health to live at an inadequate temperature and what are the environmental impacts of heating equipment.
We will also discuss methods to improve the efficiency of our appliances (radiators, boilers, heaters, etc.), so that they consume the minimum necessary to achieve a comfortable home. In the practical section we will learn in a practical, simple and participatory way to build a handmade heating, taking into account the physical properties of ceramic materials and that can help us to reduce our consumption in the coldest months through a cheap and sustainable alternative.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For logistical reasons, the workshops must be communicated 10 days in advance.
The prices of the materials are indicated in the case that the attendees or the person contracting the workshop wants to keep the material produced, the workshop can be carried out without this cost.
The workshops are designed to adapt their complexity to the ages of the participants.
The total cost of the proposal will also depend on thetotal number of workshops selected as well as the number of units to be built in the corresponding workshops.
All our workshops are flexible both in terms of duration and number of participants, adapting to the training needs of each case, and different workshops can be combined.
The benefits of all our workshops are destined to reverse situations of energy poverty.
